A: Yes, we do custom products and projects.
Q: What is the loading capacity?
In general, we have a light-duty (100~300kg) model, a medium-duty(400~800kg) model, and a heavy-duty(1000~1700kg) model available for your choice.
Q: What is your average production lead time?
A: 3-4 weeks against formal order and deposit.
Q: I don't have drawings or pictures available for the custom products. Could you design them for me?
A: Yes, they can be customized to fit specific storage needs, including size, shape, and the addition of features like doors, lids, or dividers.
Q: Do I get any guarantee from your company?
A: 3~10 years warranty in case that
A) Proper handling during operation, correct forklift handling while stacking or unloading
B) Overloading is prohibited
C) Environment request -indoor, dry, and not humid circumstances, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zinc plated and powder coated products, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
Q: What happens in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
A: HM Group accepts full responsibility for any manufacturing defects and will refund or re-ship you.
